Lladro Porcelain Large Afghan Dog Figurine, p286

Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this lovely vintage Lladro afghan dog figurine. Made out of porcelain and well marked on the bottom as seen in photo. This sweet yet elegant dog was sculpted by Juan Huerta and was issued in 1969. It was retired from circulation in 1985. She stands 12 inches tall, is 6.5 inches long and 3.5 inches wide.

She is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. I love that her bangs are white along with her neck and chest, the rest of her is a light grayish-brown. She has brown eyes and a grey nose. She will make a great friend always ready to lend an ear.
