Lladro Kitakami Cruise 1605 With Original Box

It is good condition with the exception of one missing umbrella and the stem/stick in the front of the boat that two of figures should be holding. I have the envelope that held the certificate but I cannot find it. I have the original box with the packing materials. My deceased grandmother gifted this to me but I have no room for it in my home.
