Lladro 2273 "Bashful Bather" figurine from the Children with Animals Collection. It's in a GRES finish. Lladro's gres collection, where artisans borrow inspiration from the colors of the earth to create its sculptures in gres, a material whose earthy tonality and matte finish adds warmth to the pieces, and allows for a wide spectrum of colors thanks to the use of enamels.

It depicts a young girl scrubbing her basset hound dog in a wooden tub. This figurine also comes in traditional glaze and MATTE finish : 5455 "Bashful Bather". Spanish Name: Lavando al Perro (Washing the dog). Issued in 1994 and retired in 2001.
